Gulf Coast Cocker Spaniel Rescue
It’s not surprising that I’m a big cocker spaniel fan. I have two fur babies, and they are wonderful. Did you know that cocker spaniels have been overbread, and, because of this, they are the most common breed that needs rescuing? Many folks don’t want to invest in the daily brushing these darling dogs require. In addition, I have found that people think these dogs are mean. They are the sweetest dogs I’ve ever met. However, any dog can snap if you treat it poorly.
I discovered Gulf Coast Cocker Spaniel Rescue over one year ago. I love everything they stand for and have been a regular donor. I even donated my car to them back in June. If you are looking for a worthwhile cause and a great opportunity for a tax write-off, you should donate to them. This Texas rescue will take in senior cockers and find foster or adoptive homes for them. I enjoy following them on Facebook as they provide regular updates on their rescues, and it’s a great diversion for looking at cute, puppy pictures.
